This brochure simplifies an originally complex flowchart into a clear, accessible resource providing people experiencing homelessness with contact information for support services.
Rather than simply updating the contact details, I collaborated with stakeholders to redesign the flowchart into a more compact, pocket-friendly format, making it easier to carry and refer to when needed.
The new layout features a refined, intuitive flowchart paired with corresponding contact details, along with a discreet notes section inside the front cover.
As the brochure uses a non-standard size, I worked directly with the print supplier to calculate specifications and ensure accurate production.
